Can you imagine living a couple of acres away from 10000 windmills? I saw a windmill farm on the way to Chicago and it was staggering. The government probably paid millions upon millions while the owner of the next property was left with depreciated value.

Aside from the inherent ecological and wildlife impact, solar and wind are a blight on the landscape. I spent a few hours one day calculating the size of, and extrapolating - T. Boone Pickens proposed TX facility...for a wholly unreliable source of energy. Dear Lord.

The only five words in our lexicon for green energy should be "more oil & NG", "efficiency", and "nuclear".
