Wouldn't an amendment effect those children born of illegals the same way as if SCOTUS upheld the EO??? Thered have to be verbiage on not effecting those prior to the ruling/amendment.I think the best solution is an amendment. Plain and simple, 1 parent must be a US citizen. Anyone or group objecting to the amendment would look like an ass.
Some of what he speaks about here I agree with, some stuff slightly less so. Yes, the government should get of the business of mass subbing this type of energy generation. At scale it was/is just a massive scam. For the record, I think over the next 100-200 years additional types of generation will be needed, but any type of rush is just open for scams and busted promises.
Seems like it could/ should be easy to run through the process. The objections may be more complicated cultural issues, right or wrongI don't believe it needs to go to SCOTUS, the constitution needs to be amended to make it simple. Birthright citizenship only applies to children born to at least 1 US citizen. Why would that be so hard to pass? What are the objections?
State Department issues immediate, widespread pause on foreign aid
The “stop-work orders” appear to apply to US aid for all countries except Israel and Egypt.www.yahoo.com
People working in global health are alarmed about the impact of the order on programs such as the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, which funds testing and treatment for people living with HIV, mostly in Africa. The program has received about $5 billion in funding annually, in recent years
Rather astounding amount..I bet pennies on the dollar even help people.
That doesnt mean it took tens of billions for actual treatment. You'd be wrong.
