President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

Trump can straight F himself with this nonsense

“Bukele offered the U.S. use of the prison, known as CECOT, during a visit this week from Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who said the Trump administration would be open to deporting to El Salvador both criminal migrants and American citizens. Rubio said the legal basis for sending U.S. nationals to a foreign prison would need to be studied, something Trump acknowledged to reporters.

“If we had the legal right to do it, I would do it in a heartbeat,” Trump said in the Oval Office Tuesday. “I don’t know if we do or not. We’re looking at that right now, but we could make deals where we’d get these animals out of our country.”

And no, he's not talking about extradition for crimes committed in other countries. There is no constitutional debate about that.

Unless I missed something here, Trump said and asked publicly if this was something that could be done. No executive orders or law enacted, what’s the problem exactly?

Yes. That is ridiculous. You can't imprison US citizens in foreign countries.

Well, it might be relevant but there really isn't much context there. What has he actually done?

Time and time again people say what he is proposing whether it was greenland, panama, doge, citizenship, etc. is crazy or something similar but as time has gone on most of the stuff starts to make more sense IN CONTEXT.

Yes you can, they do it to the military all the time. I would say slow up and see what he is talking about in context.

I kind of feel like we have seen this before... people jump to a bunch of conclusions in the last 2-3 weeks. Than are left standing with their dick in their hand.

Shouldn't even be looking for a way to warehouse convicted US citizens out of the country.

If they are foreigners or dual citizens its already appears to a program just for that. This would mean a country like El Salvador would foot the bill.

International Prisoner Transfer Program

If a foreign government is willing to foot the bill, and they person is on top of it an illegal... this would appear to make even more sense i.e. they take care of their own problems.

It would seem like those illegals need special incentive from their home country which might not be possible here in the U.S. i.e. rehabilitation.

I think we should consider waiting to see more because we have been here and done that.... and have been wrong.

He (El Salvador) has offered, the U.S. hasn't accepted. People better wise up, especially ones outside the U.S. acting against U.S.

If they are illegal, ship them, if they are dual citizens and want to serve their sentence in the other country they hold citizenship ship them (make them renounce their US citizenship). But if they are US citizens you cannot ship them off to a foreign country to serve their time.

How embarrassing is it right now to call yourself a Democrat? You should hide in a closet and cry after watching these fools act like stupid dumb jackasses over this stuff.

But nobody is saying that that I can find now. I just posted a video which is saying (Rubio) this is what El Salvador is offering.

I would wait to see more because we have been down this road quite a few times. They're sending warnings to everyone which is what I told everywhere here two weeks ago.

This is not going to be small operation, this is the new norm.

Kind of what I assumed earlier based on the limited info. Personally, if those people get liquidated... oh well... but if he feels he can save some of them, maybe... maybe that will be okay too. Either way, seems to make sense to a degree.

Liquidated? That's the way to achieve world peace just kill a few thousand innocent children.

Okay, let me get this right. An American that isn't in the act of causing immediate deadly harm to America or an American can be killed with a hellfire missile i.e. Obama, Biden and Hillary. But an American which the U.S. captures outside of the U.S. which has been charged with a crime can't be sent to El Salvador?

Hm. Now you guys might understand me really wanting them to criminally prosecute Obama.

So Hillary’s email server was just Republicans whining then. Got it.

She setup a classified server unknown to most in the State Department, and stored classified material that she didn't want others to see. She than tried to cover it up by having the drive "wiped" which she admitted to live on camera. A normal person not only wouldn't be seeing the light of day, they would have restricted access to an attorney. The e-mails she was trying to hide involved what she was doing in in Syria and Libya i.e. funding 3 of the 4 major parties while take "donations" via the Clinton Foundation from one of them i.e. S.A.

And of course she was involved in at least one murder we have more or less complete facts on, and an attempted murder.
