That’s only a portion of USAID and do we really know there was any food actually going to any people at all? Giving food to people is one thing ( even though it iIS NOT the sole responsibility of the tax payers of the United States! All of the rest of the crap needs to be stopped ASAP.. and the rest verrry carefully looked at

First one i grabbed. But seems like the enacting legislation isn't something they'd get wrong.

Poster said it was created by executive order but the article says it was part of Cingressional legislation. That was my point.

I could be wrong, but I got this directly from the USAID archives:

“International Aid in the 1960s: An Agency is Born
In 1961, President Kennedy signed the Foreign Assistance Act into law and created USAID by executive order. Once USAID got to work, international development assistance opportunities grew tremendously. The time during the Kennedy and Johnson administrations became known as the “decade of development.”

Congress's passed the foreign assistance act Sept 4th 1961, allowing the right to establish an agencyagency to be established. Kennedy signed an executive order on nov 3rd 1961 founding the USAID.

Because they fell for the “They shut down the government” lie.

They fell for the lie because their voters fell for the lie that government was what would be shut down, when in reality, much of it appears to be graft.

Biden winning in 2020 May just save the nation for a little while longer. The public didn’t have the appetite for this from 2020-2022, after that, it wouldn’t have mattered.

The Lie of “government”, exposed by the fraud that was the Biden presidency, has given the public a different perspective, and a will and resolve to take short term pain for long term gain.

Or maybe they were ok with the way things work in Washington. I can only think of a handful that make any meaningful protest, Paul being one of them.

I’m not as quick to give them all a pass due to being blamed for a government shutdown. If they knew just 10% of what’s been made public, they would have said a government shutdown sounds good.

You should be more concerned with those who started foundations to help the poor but ended up multi-millionaires. You have to stop the corruption to actually feed the poor, so they don’t stay poor.

Remember the left aren’t the good guys you want them to be. Tough times for liberals being exposed and those who voted for them.
