So, sounds like Mexico just agreed to allow US Special Forces in to train their Marines to fight the Cartel--basically make them as lethal as possible and then let them off the chain to take the Cartel out.

Basically the Cartel is so entrenched in MX gov't, and they own so much of the military--or could get them on their payroll so easily at any given minute--how can we expect that we're not just training up the cartel foot soldiers to have to fight them later?
