Well, he said it on the spot which can mean many things at the time. I would assume it wouldn't impact all federal funds but the ones in the executive order.

How about we wait and see, they already opened an investigation into Maine within a few hours... which I posted.

Nobody is posting it over and over, they post something once and maybe a few comments and that's that. Yes, he did shut the botch up.

I'm actually agreeing with you, I doubt its all federal funding. But we will have to wait and see if we are correct or not, regardless it appears he is saying he is pulling funding.

And I don't give a flip about US hockey in a commercialized and contrived 4 Nation tournament.

I totally understand Canada's anger with our government, but booing our anthem is counter-productive.

The sports movie moment is the high-road team wins out and the greater social/political happenings are positively impacted by that.

Except we decided we weren't gonna take the high road either and booed their anthem.

Of course I was rooting for the US, but in hindsight the home teams losing both games and Canada winning out seems appropriate for the people that care a lot about both sports and political relations.
