Just a year ago we could fill all of our entry level trainee positions for $15-$17 an hour starting. Today just raised the starting pay to $22-$25 hr and this is for someone with no CDL or experience, just laborer willing to work and learn. Crazy times.

I heard yesterday the interest rate for a 30 year fixed was over 5%. That is expected to rise. I don't know if we'll see 8% but for those that still have ARMs, good luck.
