President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

I've had the same USB C on my nightstand for like 5 years. In case of emergency, I'm thinking Amazon can get me one in two days for $10.

Could there be any larger issues we might want to tackle?
They can't be ****ing up bigger things in our lives if they are arguing about something this trivial though.

I cant keep fro destroying chargers, but id rather have to buy the same of what I know works, rather than let the government "fix" an issue thats not an issue.

You know what really grinds my gears? How many tire sizes there are. When I need new tires, I can’t just take them off my wife’s car. Why??? Because the tires are different sizes.

Somebody needs to make a law. This is a scheme cooked up decades ago by the Firestones and Seiberlings to ensure we’d have to constantly be buying new tires. Think how much time, money, and rubber we could save if we had just one standard tire size.
And nuts. Regular nuts. Lug nuts. Peanuts.... and Wing Nuts like you.

Until the numbers are revised downward in August....

Way to go Joe! I think he's over 8 M jobs created now, crazy how many more jobs have been created under Democratic Presidents - it's not even close!

Lulz

Businesses hiring people back after the Covid nonsense is not "creating" jobs.
Can’t wait for them to shut everything down in the fall causing businesses to close once again. Then after the “winter of death 2.0” and the businesses open again, Joe and the brain dead dems on this board will count those same jobs again!

This is like when retailers set their prices way above market value and then advertise a “Huge sale”. Dummies that don’t know any better believe they just hit the jackpot 🤦‍♂️

Cult of Trump's calculus on economy:

1. If job growth numbers are down, hammer current administration
2. If job growth numbers are better than expected, explain why it can't have anything to do with the current administration

Question: If we're going to blame a the sitting administration for economic woes during their term(s), shouldn't they also receive credit for any good news related to the economy?

This is oddly similar to the claims around cutting the budget deficit. It's all manipulated numbers

I’ll gladly credit the moron in chief with the worst inflation in 40 years occurring on his watch.

That would likely take a big bite out of the inflation!

I think a lot of people really hate this idea of presenting jobs being "created" after all the COVID shutdowns.

If you go to a casino and lose $1000 only to rally late and get back $800 do you then walk out and talk about having "made" $800? That's absolutely how some have framed the post COVID jobs numbers.

Having job #'s reach pre-COVID levels is more of an expectation than any great accomplishment. Granted "better" is still better so that's something but take a moment to look at what ND40 put up 3 posts above yours and consider if we should be handing out laurels.
