we knew where we were going under Trump too. tons of people, agencies, financial advisers, and even this board said he needed to increase interest rates minimal amounts to avoid rampant inflation. it was the same critique for Obama.I won't rule it out but with Biden and Harris we know where we were headed and it wasn't good. 10 million illegals later.
yeah, there is going to be no way NIL payments can be forcibly equal. they are deals with individuals, not the whole team.I have often wondered if this would come up. I see a legal issue for lawyers to sort out
Since the money is not coming from the school in most instances I would think it’d be OK but I can see courts deciding that this is a “workaround “ Title IX rules and therefore not allow ityeah, there is going to be no way NIL payments can be forcibly equal. they are deals with individuals, not the whole team.
now the profit sharing that is being discussed, I could see that being forced to be equal. but it goes back to how that is all worded. are they paid off of the profit of their sport? Or is the profit for all put into a pot and then shared out?
They cannot force NIL funds, paid by 3rd parties, to the girls.yeah, there is going to be no way NIL payments can be forcibly equal. they are deals with individuals, not the whole team.

Vice President Kamala Harris, with just days left in office, assured staff that she would not "go quietly into the night" as she added her signature to a desk drawer in her ceremonial office.
"And I’m not going to go through the laundry list of all of our accomplishments. We know what they are. But I will tell you that everyone here has so much to be proud of, and our work is not done," Harris said. "And as you all know me, because we have spent long hours, long days, and months and years together, it is not my nature to go quietly into the night."
Yep it's time for VN to pretend (again) that they're being replaced by competent leaders in 3 days.Cherish the last few days of this administration my good PF brethren. It’s really sad to see all of these competent leaders on their way out of the door. A toast to groovy times @evillawyer and @luthervol !!
Pretty much Better domestic agenda, better foreign policy, more constitutional adherence and rule of law, and people who understand and are taking aim at the fourth branch. The primary unknown - and it's a big one, too - is whether fiscal restraint will improve from Trump's last term.Yep it's time for VN to pretend (again) that they're being replaced by competent leaders in 3 days.

Better than the last doesn't mean much. Given how the first 4yrs played out there's a bit too much optimism this time around. Those who are way too excited have to ignore a whole lot to get to that point (or they're just idiots)Pretty much Better domestic agenda, better foreign policy, more constitutional adherence and rule of law, and people who understand and are taking aim at the fourth branch. But yes, pretty much upgrades across the board. If they follow through.
