Trump never lives up to his promises, not many do. The MAGA crowd buy his rhetoric, but never question when he doesn't achieve his stated extreme goal. The Dems buy his rhetoric, but never admit what he achieves isn't extreme.

we knew where we were going under Trump too. tons of people, agencies, financial advisers, and even this board said he needed to increase interest rates minimal amounts to avoid rampant inflation. it was the same critique for Obama.

then when Biden is in office that inflation hits. it wasn't his doing. both Trump and Obama had the time and the calls to increase inflation to avoid future problems, and they never addressed it.

now the profit sharing that is being discussed, I could see that being forced to be equal. but it goes back to how that is all worded. are they paid off of the profit of their sport? Or is the profit for all put into a pot and then shared out?

Since the money is not coming from the school in most instances I would think it’d be OK but I can see courts deciding that this is a “workaround “ Title IX rules and therefore not allow it

Pretty much Better domestic agenda, better foreign policy, more constitutional adherence and rule of law, and people who understand and are taking aim at the fourth branch. The primary unknown - and it's a big one, too - is whether fiscal restraint will improve from Trump's last term.

But yes, pretty much upgrades across the board. If they follow through.

Better than the last doesn't mean much. Given how the first 4yrs played out there's a bit too much optimism this time around. Those who are way too excited have to ignore a whole lot to get to that point (or they're just idiots)
