The federal response to western NC was a joke, but I think the “legislative” $225 million referred to was the bill the Nc legislature voted on in November.

That bill allocated 227mil, but held 225 of that until the legislature could make specific allocations. The Leg. didn’t trust Gov Stein to distribute the money properly. (Neither do I.)

How could they be — rationally and in good faith? Biden’s handlers had a doctor testify that he was not mentally competent to participate in a legal proceeding. He said on record that he didn’t remember signing at least one executive order. He didn’t know what he was signing. The Democrats Party yanked him from the ticket on the grounds of mental incompetence.
