I haven't been optimistic about a politician in a long time, but I try not to start out assuming the worst.
I don't get how you thought a person they were keeping on medicine with the rhetoric coming out of the party was a cause for optimism, especially given his record.
Think I read at one point they were priced higher per pound than chicken breasts...crazy
I was going to make a few burgers the other night and the pack of regular 1.79lb ground beef was almost $9. Then there was packs of 2 pre-patted ground chuck burgers weighing .80 for $3.50. Didn’t make much sense to me.
Yeah because not being able to get your favorite 20 piece mixed from Hooters is equivalent to a nationwide poultry shortage

Outbreaks of the coronavirus in meat processing plants early on in the pandemic forced many plants to close, putting further strain on the supply chain. Supplies were further constricted in February, when some chicken farms in Texas had to temporarily shut down because of Winter Storm Uri.
You know, not to thread drift, but why/when did we start naming winter storms?
Everyone knows what you're talking about when you say "hey, remember that winter storm in January of 2021?". Nobody says "hey, remember Winter Storm Uri?".
I went to Hardee’s this week during lunch break and they didn’t have chicken tenders and didn’t know when they get some in.Yeah because not being able to get your favorite 20 piece mixed from Hooters is equivalent to a nationwide poultry shortage

I think it has insurance implications also. My boat insurance has different deductible plans for named storms. You know, not to thread drift, but why/when did we start naming winter storms?
