President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

EXCLUSIVE: Chasten Buttigieg's brother says he and husband Pete have 'lost touch with reality' after claiming they can't afford DC - despite his podcast and book deals netting him up to $1.8M before he took office

The brother of Chasten Buttigieg said he and Pete Buttigieg had 'lost touch with reality' after complaining they could barely afford to live in Washington, D.C., despite earning hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Ryhan Glezman, a pastor in Michigan, said his brother Chasten Buttigieg's comments would upset Americans surviving on much less money.

'It saddens me to see my brother submitting to the victim mentality that distorts your view of reality,' he said.

'Living a victim mentality will suck the joy out of life and that is what I see happening with these comments.

Buttigieg made much of his modest means during the Democratic presidential primaries. In December 2019, during a primary debate, he said: 'You know, according to Forbes magazine, I am literally the only person on this stage who is not a millionaire or a billionaire.'

His most recent financial filings suggest he has profited handsomely since then.

They show how the former mayor of South Bend, Indiana, earned between $800,000 and $1.8 million in the two years before he joined the Biden administration.

Yeah, that 'lost touch with reality' thing happened well before moving to DC. Sounds like honesty suffered, too.

Aside from the president having a son smoking crack in this video does anyone else notice the difference between Biden in this video and Biden of today? Yep, fearless leader is incoherent today. This should be a wake up call.

Adding to your comment - he was unqualified then but is qualified now?

Infrastructure: Done.

Someone remind me of how infrastructure week(s) went for Donny

Joe gettin' it done

It's good to see Biden's constant leg humper to give us daily news on his failing low-rent crack pot of a administration in hopes he can keep his old ass above water.

New Jersey Trump supporter WINS Appeal to Keep 'f*** Biden' signs outside her home after state's Supreme Court ruled they're protected by First Amendment

A New Jersey woman has won an appeal to keep her 'f*** Biden' banner just over a week after a local judge ordered her to remove them or face a $250-a-day fine.

Andrea Dick, 54, hung 10 pro-Trump signs on her Roselle Park home, where she lives with her mom, that included the former president extending two middle fingers over the words 'f*** Biden'.

But Judge Bundy's ruling was vacated by the state's Supreme Court on Tuesday after the ACLU got involved and warned that Bundy's edict violated Dick's First Amendment right to freedom of speech.

Weird, trying to buy plywood today. $47.

Doesnt feel like it popped. Guess we should take your word.

You have to take his word but what he keeps quoting with his lumber price updates is a very small part of lumber production. Plywood, treated lumber, and OSB are out the roof. It doesn’t take long to research to find out that construction materials are pricing many builders and buyers out of the market.

Landscaping - off topic - what do I use to fill in the part of my yard where the water meter is located and the ground around it has caved in about 4 inches? Regular dirt, topsoil, etc?

Report: Biden DHS Released 50,000 Illegal Immigrants Into the U.S. Without Court Dates

U.S.-Border-Patrol.jpg

Around 50,000 migrants who were captured crossing the United States-Mexico border illegally have been released into the United States without court dates, only instructions to eventually report back to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office, according to a report from Axios.

The shocking news comes as reports indicate that July may be yet another record-breaking month for illegal immigration along the southern border, similar to June, which saw the largest number of illegal immigrant apprehensions at the United States southern border in years, according to The New York Times. Some areas of the Rio Grande Valley in Texas — one of the most highly trafficked areas of the border — are seeing upwards of 20,000 apprehensions per week, according to Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Total apprehensions at the border for 2021 so far are expected to top one million in July, putting border patrol on track to intercept two million illegal immigrants in 2021.

The situation is so overwhelming, apparently, the Biden administration is simply allowing in some migrants who identify as asylum seekers and, instead of giving them a court date for an asylum hearing, is just allowing them to enter the United States with a promise that they will eventually check in with ICE.
