It's not cheap by any standards but costs would come down if the infrastructure for refueling was there. About 10-15 or so years ago one of our clients was partnering with Shell to install NG at all of their truck stops, there was some tax incentive or something. That plan was scrapped when the incentive was dropped. Had that happened it would have made it feasible for OTR trucking companies to make the switch.

I've noticed a company called American homes 4 rent buying up houses on my street. They keep the houses up, but I hate the fact that companies are buying up houses.

I mainly rent to college kids in an area called Germantown and short north and we have always pre-qualified based on student loan package and scholarships instead of income that is job related and I have fortunately weathered this crap so far. These rentals and future rentals are basically my retirement income one day and I am slightly unnerved by all this.

My friend did the opposite and went to grand view and is getting crushed. This is going to take a lot of small lessors out of the industry.

With the canceling of the Keystone pipeline, suspension of oil leases and opening the southern border Biden has done more long term damage in 7 months than Trump did in 4 years.

It's amusing in a way. My house in Hamilton Co is 34°59.9′N and there's still a lot of Tennessee property to my south. Seems like the law has always been that if property boundaries have been accepted in error over so many years, they become the new boundary. I'd bet a lot of political boundaries across the US are wrong, and we know it now thanks to GPS and better instrumentation. Maybe TN should dredge a new channel and tidy up the Nickajack situation just for good measure.

Still, it's fun to tease Georgians - especially Atlanta scum.

Actually Trump managed some positive, too. If nothing else, he got people to look at trade with China more critically which is a lot more than Joe or any of Trumps predecessors did. The thing that killed Germany and Japan in WW2 was the lack of strategic resources and safe boundaries. We've got both and are squandering them.
