Regardless of what Trump's true intentions or priorities where, there is no denying that he was close to targeting the true enemies of America. Evidence of this, is the concerted effort to undermine and de-legitimize his presidency. Whichever candidate gets this same response is a worthwhile candidate whatever their political affiliation.

I do not doubt for a moment he was fought on everything simply because he was an outsider. He wasn't a politician in the way we typically define it.
I disagree he targeted the true enemies of america. America's strongest enemy is our 26T dollar debt. He facilitated that enemy. Actually made it stronger. Trump was Trump's undoing. To his credit he stuck with what worked for him his entire life...be bombastic, promote unabashedly, and employ his philosophy of 'no such thing as bad PR/press'. But his shtick wore thin and ended up angering more people than it amused.

It's probably pointless to respond, but I'll try. We have a one party rule and have for decades. They created the debt to gain power thru wealth and they have complete power of the gov. through bureaucrats infiltrating all positions within the gov. They have become tired of the American people because they elected a candidate that went against their agenda. They are now largely waging war against the American people. They essentially see what the CCP has and they are envious.

I agree to an extent. I don't think there is any grand scheme afoot. There is no puppet master making sure we slowly slide into socialism regardless of who sits where in DC. American citizens are to blame as well. We want our safety nets. We want our gargantuan military. We have a philosophy that only government can solve problems and it does that by throwing money at things.

Where you lost me is that you give Trump a pass on using debt as well. He was terrible in that regard. Correct?

No, I don't. My faith in him lies in the fact that he's the only hand picked candidate by the people and not the uniparty for decades. Whether he deserves credit or not, he started an economic populists movement in this country. If you're main concern is the debt, you should get on board. Just realize, the uniparty would just as soon see you dead as to get your way. They want to continue gaining money and power through spending and they could care less what the people want.
