From Feb. 2016 thru Oct. 2017 (Trump's comparable time at the beginning of his term), gas prices increased 30%.
From May 2019 thru Oct, 2021, gas prices increased 15%.

So it actually seems as if Biden is doing twice as good as did Trump.
