Based on this tweet from Tim Owens, the injury does not require surgery. Hopefully, we’ll learn more details soon. Sending best wishes to Blade for a complete recovery.

"Could return sometime this season" is not a confidence inspiring quote. Especially when dealing with pitcher's arms. Most importantly, hoping Blade can make a quick, full-recovery.

Sounds like it’s shoulder soreness according to Twitter. Hopefully this is a 2020 Garrett Crochet situation where he came back right before the season was canceled. I think he had something similar.

From my understanding they had 1 free transfer as long as it was done by June 1st

Will Heflin stepped up admirably last season as the Sunday starter. It will happen again with someone else.

up until SEC play, the rotation will not be set. Starters my throw 6-9 outs and the next guy is coming in, you may see a lot of different starters depending on the line-up they are facing. until we know the extent of Tidwell and Halvorson's setbacks, it's a pure guessing game however Dollander and Burns will be in the mix for sure. If SEC play started today then yes, Dollander would probably be the Friday night guy, you may see a "Heflin" clone on Saturday and then Burns on Sunday, pure speculation of course.....

You think Will Mabrey, Drew Patterson, or Zander Sechrist might factor into that competition? I’d love to see a LHP step up and make that weekend rotation.
