No. I am suggesting that if spies then and now can assume fabricated identities with very little official access.... then it would be absolutely no problem to change a single birth certificate if you saw in advance that it would be a problem if you had the access available to a political party, the Chicago political machine, or even a US Senator's office.
Not really.
The man is 50 years old. Outside of those with a vested interest in him remaining President... who would remember where he was born? Public records are not difficult to change if you have access. The problem would be a potential curious worker who took a peak at the original BC. However that would have been prevented very early on if a cover up was really needed.
We KNOW that access to the document was very well guarded after it became an issue. If they knew it was a problem then it would have been the same before it became a public issue.
Possible I suppose - just don't think he'd get far enough without citizenship to create a document. He's no spy - not smart enough...or maybe that's his cover.
Why are you afraid to admit you don't think he is a citizen? You talk all around it and suggest how it might be so, yet don't come right out and say it.
