While we are on the talk of D, anybody notice that TKJr made a great play on the first drive of the game against OU then vanished? Or is that just me?

He has this defense playing much better than it should be after replacing the entire d line and playing so much youth in the secondary. Aj,cam, reeves-maybin, and Randolph are playing at a very high level. Barnett and Williams are getting there. Very proud of this defense and Coach Jancek deserves the credit!

Finally have playmakers on all three levels of the Defense. Like his style and play calling thru these first 3 games......night and day difference.

Much maligned after his exit from UGA. Remember this, however, he was the co-coordinator for only one year with Martinez. The other seasons he was just the linebackers coach. Jancek's defenses at Cincy were more than solid.
