That was my initial thought, seeing for the first time last night.

But although the ball can be seen moving, sort of rotating... on closer, frame-by-frame look, I think both his hands remain on the ball the whole time. The rotation movement is being caused by his hands, not from it being bobbled between his hands.

I tried to look at it without orange glasses. See what you think.

Yep. Whatever the call was on the field was going to remain the call after looking at it, no matter how long.

But yeah, Tennessee getting the call is inexplicable!
