I'll be the thirtieth person to say he never had the team to begin with. For all of his choregraphed histrionics on the sidelines during games he is obviously totally passive. For goodness sake, do what Cartman tells you and keep all the players in house. That way they can quit during a game in the most publicly disgraceful way possible.

Most schools have hired coordinators. Tennessee is not some superior school to Georgia, LSU, etc.

6 turnovers! Most of which fall on player execution. Some even came on great play calls by the coaching staff...but our players fumble it out of the end zone, fumble kickoffs and snaps...

I guess that’s JP’s fault? Well I guess he learned today a valuable lesson today. You can’t win if your players turn the ball over 6 times. #valuablelessons #learning #nexttime

Team execution is a reflection of the coaching so JP is ultimately responsible.

What team did you watch last year? Lyle's players quit on him after Florida last year. In so many words they even said so! CJP has inherited this mess!

At least they waited until after Florida. These players quit before they ran out of the tunnel. Only one deserving to run through the T is Banks. I really like that young man. He has passion. Surprised the cops didn't ask him to leave.

Not sure about that. Cade Mays was aware of our OL deficiency. Many of the 2019 highly rated OL are picking other programs.
Starting immediately is not the first thing recruits think about. It all depends on the individual.

Maybe not. Be he is going to get a long time show he isn’t. We need stability. Why would any coach or recruit even consider TN when they know we will fire the coaching staff every 3 years as some of our fans seem to demand?

Well yes JP deserves blame too - I was responding to the notion JP should not call out his players...he should call out his players when they play like this. I’m sure JP has empathized execution and not turning the ball over in practice. I’ve not played for or been coach by any one who doesn’t emphasize these things. 6 turnovers, most of which were unforced errors, is inexcusable.

terrible players and pruitt has shown zero ability to put a game plan together. one more victory is all we are getting. long lonely road ahead of us. most likely another staff in 3-4 years.

Very Muschampesque how he loses his temper during adversity. Pathetic. He seems to be eyeing a player after that stunt. There are rumors of him being a jerk at UGA and this nearly confirms them. Do you ever see this kind of childish behavior from Saban?

This was an embarrassment. When a team that is on the same level as you wins by 26 in your house somethings wrong. All those games UK lost in the past were all close games to superior teams. This is insane. I truly feel what they are saying on tv. Pruit didn't realize how bad the roster is. And how bad it will be to recruit there. It's not uga. And when the crowd and fans are uncontrollable it makes an impression on the recruits.

This is absolutely a coaching issue!!! I can’t agree more. Butch Jones recruited most, if not all, of these soft azz pansies that can’t even compete with a downtrodden Florida team, much less beat them! We are reaping the seeds sown the last 4-5 years! Let’s see what happens the next couple of years with good coaching and good recruiting...if we get neither I’m sure our AD will find someone else!

This team was unprepared and undisciplined. That is not Butch Jones fault.

Saban gets angry and goes off on players. Most football coaches do . Back when I played high school in the late 1970's , coaches would actually hit and throw you around back then.
