It's overdone and pitiful, but at least you're defending it. You can be the defender of those whining about a guy that's been gone for almost a year and isn't coming back. Enjoy that. For someone they can't stand...they sure seem stuck on him when it's really easy to just move on and forget about him. Again...it's pitiful.
He was a program killer...it isn't easy to forget that, but I get why it is getting old. It wasn't JGs fault that they kept on running him out there, but you can't blame the fans for the looooooooong buildup of frutrations boiling over like they have....it will be a while before they forget.

I'm not saying it is right, just understandable...so you might as well get used to it happening every time bad or mediocre quarterback play comes up. I hope someone gets #2 at some point and does so well it erases all the bad memories.

So how long to butt hurt fans feel they need to rant? I feel Peyton made us lose to Nebraska in the Orange bowl, Florida in '95, but I don't bring it up every time someone memlntions his name. It lost us some games but he also won us a game or two we didn't thing we would have a chance winning either like at Auburn.
We were simply no match for Nebraska physically in that game in all areas and Frost and the wishbone executed at such a high level they were virtually unstoppable. Manning responsible ? I call about 10 Bs’s on that observation. I don’t remember the details in the 95 game. Is that the one where we had the lead but the big hit on the UT receiver created more so much fired up emotion for Florida that we were again beat in all phases of that game in the 2nd half and were routed. Manning responsible? Another BS take on your part.

In 95 Jay Graham had two costly fumbles.

He was probably referring to 1996 Florida when Peyton threw 4 INTs in the first half. That sucked.
