After the way Milton played tonight when he took over for Hendon, I hope that Nico starts from game one on next year. Yeah we might lose a few but he is our future so minus we’ll let him gain the experience. I remember when Jerry Colquitt got hurt and they threw a kid named Peyton Manning in as a freshman. We saw how all of that experience eventually paid off.

The defense was god awful and you’re worried more about quarterback?

What did you see tonight that makes you want to bench Milton? Guy made some good throws and bad ones cold coming off the bench. Relax

I’m sure at some point in our history we were snobbish towards a backup who came in late in a blowout cold against a revved up home team, but still completed half his passes for 100 plus yards and a TD. But I wasn’t alive for it.

Milton seems to look deep first - then he looks deep second - not finding anything he likes on his first two deep looks - then he looks really deep.

Joe is great at 50 yard wrist flicks. That is about it. That said, I really do like that guy. Been a great team member.

Also need to take into consideration that Milton and Hooker are best friends so you know it had to be tough to come in worrying about his health

What throws did he consistently make tonight that would make me want to start him.

I think he over threw more than he made.

Which is typical of a guy coming in off the bench cold. Can literally point to many examples this season of backups playing showing inconsistency

great 50/50 ball to Tillman. you guys need to stop. Joe will be fine. get used to it. This staff isnt starting a freshman unless an injury happens to joe.
Joe may be there but if he keeps airmailing receivers, we will have another qb in there by game 3

You're worried about next year's offense after tonight? Wow! Talk about delusional.
