QBs We Don't Face in 2014

Not sure why you're mentioning Franklin.

Mauk's the one that went to town on this defense in Columbia.

Mauk failed to impress me. His passes were dreadful and would've been virtually non-existent were it not for some seasoned WRs. That said, he avoided sacks quite well.

You spelled Will Grier wrong

i hope so.

i am in the minority on this, but it's the matador offensive line that is the biggest problem

until that gets fixed, florida qb's should hold onto their death and dismemberment packages in their insurance plans.

i would like to see what the qb's could do with adequate pass protection and an offensive mindset that isn't centered around trying to get into a manageable 3rd down situation.

Aaron Murray
Connor Shaw
AJ McCarron
Marcus Mariota
Nick Marshall
James Franklin
Carta-Samuels
Anybody at UF (Obviously) as Good as the Above

Have faith in Butch that with 2013's auditions, he will sort out our QB play so we're not starting over in 2014 as are (to varying degrees) the other SEC teams above.

We add Ole Miss's Bo Wallace, and Oklahoma's DP-QBs Blake Bell and Trevor Knight.

Mariota is staying

Edit: sorry misunderstood what you meant. Thought you meant they were leaving for the draft.

Carta-Samuels is not good. I wish we'd play him next year.

Be very careful what you wish for. Little brother is a highly-rated QB committment for Candy. We might be facing a Carta-Samuels for the next four years.

Death and dismemberment packages.

That's funny stuff.

On the bright side there's only one way to go when you suck that bad.

UF @ UT will propel the 2 HCs in different directions.
Big game that prolly won't mean too much in the grand scheme but plenty to those involved.

I'll take a Carta Blanca. Vandie can blow their foghorn for now, but they are not to be respected nor feared.

I agree. BTW, have you seen their schedule for next year? Temple, Umass, Charleston Southern, and ODU all at home. Give me a break. Throw in KY and they will be one win from another bowl. Bowl projections for this year have them playing The Thundering Herd in the Liberty Bowl. All people see though is 9 wins again. Franklin isn't the genius at Candy. It's the AD.

We have made superstars out of many opposing backup qbs. So, don't get too excited about not facing, Murray, McCarron, Shaw, Franklin or any of them!

What a joke that school is. I wouldn't be surprised if they try and buy out the Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina games.

Their schedule is almost this easy every season. But I guess its all because of Franklins coaching.

i was going to start a thread that indicated two things.

1. the streak ends next season.

2. when it does, donald trump will be making a special announcement for mr. muschamp.

i just don't think you turn around this mess in a year. the injuries gave the team a lot of cover, but florida didn't look very impressive when they were healthy.

Auburn seemed to turn around their mess in a year. Be it they did get a new coach. I wont believe us beating Florida until I see it. I mark it down as a loss from now on. Hate to be negative just how it is.

I agree, UT's ability to lose winnable games has transcended coaches, and no matter how far down the Gators are, we may still take a fat dump on the field again.

I don't understand the point of this thread. Florida had to use a QB who had never completed a pass in college. And he whipped us. And Missouri's freshman back-up whipped us too. Why would it matter what QB we face when we play so poorly?
