Question to CCM supporters

People just need to accept that Martin is going to be here after this season. If everyone can just stop and watch what's going on until then, we can have legitimate debates about it a year from now. Until then, relax. Martin isn't going anywhere, just try to enjoy the games and keep your undergarments outside of your anus.

I agree that barring some unforeseen event he'll be here.

But that doesn't mean we can't criticize when criticism is warranted. Certainly there are extremes to supporting the coach and condemning the man.

I'd like for cuonzo or the staff to give me reason to believe next season will be any different. The faces on the floor may change a little but will his coaching?

I agree he could be here next season but I have to wonder if the Missouri job were to come open would he be interested.

That's fair.

He definitely deserves criticism. Like I've been saying, he'll likely be coaching for his job next season.

Wow - all you complainers obviously don't know squat about basketball - not even worthy of trying to discuss this.

This reply is worthless. You can't add anything intelligent so you reply with this? Gawn somewhere with that trash..

So defense was the biggest question you had after watching that game?

Ole miss acerages 82ppg, they had 62 in this one.

Yes, and Henderson going off for 24 in the second half is unacceptable. We know that Ole Miss without his scoring capability is second tier at best. Yet we lose focus during the entire second half and let him burn our a$$es again. Our pick and roll defense is the worst thing I've ever seen.

For the idiot known as bigorangejumpsuit, basketball has a lot to do with momentum. If Jarnell would have stepped out to the 3 point line and contested Hendersons shots they wouldn't have swung the momentum in the second half and we would have probably came out with the W. This team is supposed to be defensive minded, but in crunch time we are simply WEAK. We fold up like a cheap tent. I'm just tired of watching this team night in and night out and seeing the same pitiful results. As a season progresses you usually see a team settle in and use their weapons to the best of their ability. We have not done that. Our turnover machine shooting guard / point guard Jordan McRae needs to stay in his natural position.

I obviously don't have all of the answers, but I'm not the head coach of this team. I LOVE CCM, and have met him on several occasions, but he has yet to impress me thus far. Last night was a must win, and would have given us TWO wins over top 25 teams. All we had to do is stop Henderson. That was the game plan, and we failed to execute, and from what I saw it was from a complete lack of discipline.

I don't want him gone. I just want to see our team compete and stop making bone headed mistakes. When Henderson hit his 3rd three of the second half, the momentum completely shifted and there was no looking back. On that 3, Henderson kept doing backdoor cuts off pick and rolls and Jarnell STOOD there and watched him bomb away. Literally stuck his left hand out like he was going to attempt to step out and guard him (like he needs to, but hasn't most of the season) but then just watched him burn the bottom of the net. I'm disappointed in Stokes, he's a ghost on that court. Until he realizes that he is a monster, it's going to be tough to win games.

Also McRae should have been doing this 20 points a game stuff for a while. We recruited him because of his length and his pure shooting ability. It's clearly a mismatch against smaller 2 guards and if we knew how to half way run an offense we'd be okay. But, without a real point guard he will never get the ball in the right place. There have been times when we look great on offense, and then we turn it over 4 times and go back to looking like 'ish. Whatever, I'm done for now. Go Vols woo wee.
