So something neat happened on Sunday.....it was me and my late husband's anniversary and I was doing my regular...going through a big stack of mail and there was an ad trying to get me to buy jewelry, and I guess everything is on the internet anymore but this is the ad that was sent on my an anniversary and it was a special surprise....

PLEURA: Stable right loculated pleural effusion with slight interval decrease in size of previously noted loculated fissural fluid collection along the right main fissure measuring 2.5 x 2.6 cm. No pneumothorax. LUNGS: Postsurgical changes from prior right upper lobectomy. No significant interval changes in the right upper lobe mass and postradiation changes measuring 5.6 x 2.3 cm. Stable left upper lobe nodule measuring 0.6 x 0.5 cm. Tracheobronchial tree is unremarkable.
