I stopped by Lowe's this morning to look at an oscillating saw, may come in handy soon. The saw was $100, but didn't come with a battery, or charger. The battery was right at $100, and the charging station was $130, so that would have been $330 for the thing. I didn't need it that bad🤣. As I was leaving, I just happened to glance inside one of their locked cages in the middle of the aisle. They had a big box, same brand, that was a tool combo. Two drills, flashlight, circular saw, and the same exact oscillating saw. It also came with two batteries, and a charging station. It was $160 on , on sale according to the sticker. I asked an employee to confirm, and it was, so I got it.

I had the same thing happen at Home Depot. I dropped my DeWalt cordless drill with hammer off a 10’ step ladder and broke the chuck off of it. My boss said the company would pay for it so I went there and the drill was $235 without batteries or charger. The guy that was with me saw a thing in their cage for a bundle with the same drill, and impact drill and a circular saw with two batteries, charger and carrying bag for all of them for $309. I said duh I’ll take that instead.
