I took those as well but had something called senior math in 12th. Mostly calculus but for whatever reason it wasn't called calculus. I spent most of the year flirting (unsuccessfully) with the girl in front of me. Made a B I think. Tremendous wasted academic potential on my part. Too busy trying to feed my flesh.

Algebra 8th grade, geometry 9th, trig in summer after 9th, and something called “Advanced Math” (pre-calculus, matrix algebra, prob/stats, etc) in 10th, and quit taking math for high school.

I intercepted a student note (probably 20 years ago wen dey used paper) and girl said she thought she was "prenigate"
Another'n a few years later said she din't need no man, she'd just use a "turkey blaster"
It writes itself sometimes

I now have another kitchen gadget to hunt for on Thanksgiving

Do you use any of those?
I found I often used(still do) Algebra in every day life and work. Used geometry somewhat, but quite a bit when I built houses. One of those things that is good to know.
Calc, almost never or I didn't know it if/when I did use it.

I help my kids with geometry and calculus occasionally, but little as possible 😅
