Random, Thoughts, X,XXIV

An old friend of mine (RIP SC) had a 70’s 442 convertible that he’d carefully restored. When he moved to a new home, there wasn’t room for it in the new garage. He paid a colleague to store it in his garage. The colleague moved it out under some pine trees when he bought a new vehicle for himself. He didn’t tell my friend and continued to take his money. When my friend felt he had to sell it and had a buyer, he went to retrieve it. There was hell to pay, but his former colleague had fallen on hard times and had nothing to give in recompense. My friend wound up selling it at a loss.

Wow, The guy should have called, and said he didn't have room.
