So who is this Yeshua fellow? And what version is that quote from?

The name Jesus used in the English New Testament comes from the Latin form of the Greek name Ἰησοῦς (Iēsous), a rendition of the Hebrew Yeshua (ישוע‎), related to the name Joshua.

Just saying

28 So Jesus said, “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that [h]I am He, and I do nothing on My own initiative, but I speak these things as the Father taught Me. 29 And He who sent Me is with Me; He has not left Me alone, for I always do the things that are pleasing to Him.” 30 As He spoke these things, many came to believe in Him.

The Truth Will Make You Free
31 So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, “If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; 32 and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”

Aramaic Bible in Plain English. Just saying. Yeshua spoke again to them: “When you have lifted up The Son of Man, then you shall know that I AM THE LIVING GOD, and I do nothing for my own pleasure, but just as my Father has taught me, so I am speaking. When He says "I am He" He is talking about God. His Father.

The verse you quoted had information added to it that doesn’t appear in the original.

Everyone here knows (except maybe you) that I’m a Messianic Jew. I’m clear on who Yeshua Messiah is. My question was asked because I’m not sure you do considering you quoted a faulty verse.

I did not mean to offend you, that was just a bonus.

"Sometimes you gotta' tear something down to build it back up again." - Joshua

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many [n]miracles?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.’
-Yeshua Messiah

I am prone to secular conversation on sports-related message boards. That said, in matters of religious texts, Slice's scholarship has always impressed me.

Now, can we consider other random topics, Henry? Pretty please with sprinkles on top?

Sarcastically, I once advocated for each Congress to undergo an annual summer ritual in which members are to march down Pennsylvania Ave in their skivvies while school-aged children are encouraged to pelt them with shaved ice. In addition to their undies, members will be allowed only goggles, ear protection, and sandals.

And no cups!

It ain't no dixie cup.

Yeah, I got that the first time. When my humor overflies at satellite height, just remember that I had high fevers as a child.
