Wish I could get you some of the classic cheeseburgers (with tallow fries!) from Butcher Bar in Black Mountain and Asheville. I figure each meal takes a day or two off my life, but IMO they’re worth it

Talked with the doc about my cardiac calcium scores, they weren't very good. Changing meds then hes turning me over to a cardiac specialist. We have a doc from st Thomas here twice a month for cardiac patients. The knee will have to be replaced but it can wait for a little while.
