And I’m not saying anyone did anything wrong at all and there was some sound advice. but with the type of question that was asked. Never give a resolution until you know the intent of the question. The only thing any one can do is be there. Sometimes it's enough, and sometimes it's not. Not responding at all would have been worse IMO. When you reach out for help and get nothing, that's a lot worse.
