Hamstrings... anyone else have em?

Mine... tighter than a banjo string. So, recently I bought a cord of wood that was too big to use in my stove. So, I started chopping, each piece I had to quarter... then load in a garden trailer and then stack. Repeat maaannnny times. Each time I bent over my hammies were yelling at me... "Hey MF, go sit down and watch TV or something". Well after I got through that cord of wood, the hammines are just whimpering in the background... they are pissed but I stretched them out nicely. Feels good, now to keep them that way or even more relaxed. Its hell getting old.

appreciate it. Glad the Covid didn't bother him too much.
Mom just told me a few minutes ago that she talked to both him and Sue last night. They're scheduled to go back to Vanderbilt on Sunday. The spots on his liver they were looking at the last time he went down there were another type of cancer. Mom said there were two of those spots. They are going down there, as I understand it, to see what the treatment options are going to be moving forward. His doctors have told him no more radiation, and they put him on some type of medicine instead (she didn't know the name of it and they probably didn't tell her). He told mom he wasn't really having any pain per se, but he is constantly exhausted no matter what.

That's all I know right now, man.

Thanks for the update. I’ll probably try to reach out to Phil soon. Glad he’s not in pain

@vollygirl, you’ve probably posted since, but how are you and yours doing? I’ll probably hang on to this foggy brain as long as I can milk it. Lol. I think I read? Where you might have discussed delivery stuff. Thankfully I didn’t worry about shipping anything. Doesn’t take much shipping to slip money in a card (though, I still haven’t got the cards yet). I stink at Christmas as much as Valentine’s Day. I accepted that a long time ago.

I’m good, feels good to get back in the not so normal world, lol. I haven’t even stepped into a store since, I think early December. While, it would be easy to blame it on Covid, but who would I be kidding? On a normal year, I’d wait until December 24, and go scrambling.
