Random, Thoughts, X,XXIV

Random sheit.... when I bought my bike and started to ride, my knees were pizzed at me for a while, then they came around.
Now, with snow on the ground I started a walking program... 4 miles a day... now the muscles and tendons connecting my legs to the hip are pizzed at me. Its been3 days and they feel a lot better but all this just tells me its hell getting old. Gotta keep after it.
Mix it up and be consistent. I agree with Exie. You should add in yoga. It’s a good overall workout
 
Heading to Berkeley Saturday to work, for a couple of weeks I guess, it is open ended right now.

The Hermit is getting on a plane and going cross country.

Are you flying non-stop? DD#2 and her Aussie bf just got here on a non-stop flight. Even the good times, it was the only way to fly, and now moreso than ever.

Yeah, non-stop. It is too long of a flight to have to do a connection. The Miami-SFO flight is a haul.
