Mix it up and be consistent. I agree with Exie. You should add in yoga. It’s a good overall workoutRandom sheit.... when I bought my bike and started to ride, my knees were pizzed at me for a while, then they came around.
Now, with snow on the ground I started a walking program... 4 miles a day... now the muscles and tendons connecting my legs to the hip are pizzed at me. Its been3 days and they feel a lot better but all this just tells me its hell getting old. Gotta keep after it.
Even more, getting old in the cold.
Maybe you should take a lesson from @Orangeslice13 and start yoga. I’m cautiously sniffing at tai chi. At least the slo-mo pace matches me in the morning...

Are you flying non-stop? DD#2 and her Aussie bf just got here on a non-stop flight. Even the good times, it was the only way to fly, and now moreso than ever.
