Rant. Tl;dr.

I'm going back.

A song by Trace Adkins circa 2000. He goes out to California and decides he's going back to the farm.

"Hey lady what color is that you've got in your hair?

Sorry dude but your dress and high heels threw me for a second there

And the fact that don't even phase me is freaking me out...."

A show I was watching yesterday had a women telling her daughter "she's been a really good wife to you". It didn't hit for about 45 seconds, then I paused it and just thought about it. This song popped in my head, especially the "the fact that it's doesn't phase me is freaking me out". It used to freak me out that it didn't phase me, now it's freaking me out that it doesn't freak me out.

Might have done a terrible job making my point, but I'm sure it's made.

Cooking anything in NyQuil is beyond absurd, but I'm not surprised it's a thing. I'm freaked out that I'm not freaking out. That's a shame, imo.

But hey, it's their life let them live it. It's none of my bidness. Right?

I think we have seen so much now, that we're almost numb to it.
