I haven't opened it yet. A coffee oatmeal imperial stout is pretty common. The cinnamon roll factor will either destroy it or make it awesome. Terrapin makes great beer so I expect that they nailed it. At 9.4% I'm scared that it will be dry up front and overly sweet in the middle. Im thinking the finish will be a hint of cinnamon and butter.

Before the beer snob comments roll know that I'm knocking out this quart High Life before I open the stout.

I love me some PBR or PB urr as I like to call it.

This stout has the aroma of a fresh bag of dark roasted coffee beans. In the middle it tastes like a double espresso and finishes, as I expected, with a slight hint of cinnamon. If you give it i small slurp you cant taste a sour note. The 9.4 percent gives it a slight liquor burn.

Damn, I can't wait to get this homebrew rig finished!
