Chris Ash - Very good defensive coordinator
Randy Shannon - Do I have to explain? GREAT coach and recruiter
Charlie Partridge - Very good DL coach, plus tremendous Florida recruiter
Taver Johnson - Was a bright spot on a bad defense in 2012 and was coaching out of position, was responsible for flipping Otha Peters, who was Freshman All-SEC

OFFENSE:

Jim Chaney - Great offensive mind that will compliment the running game very well
Sam Pittman - Top 25 recruiter and great OL coach
George McDonald - Top 25 recruiter and very good WR coach
Joel Thomas - Don't know much about him, but his RB's has been very good at Purdue and Washington

Shannon, Partridge, Johnson, McDonald and Pittman are as good a recruiting team as you will find.

If it wasn't crystal clear before.... Arkansas is completely hitting this coaching change out of the park. My hat is off to them.... Tennessee is slipping further and further behind the rest of the league.

Give it 20-30 more years. We will be back. It might not be in our lifetime to get back to relevancy, but eventually it'll happen
