I did not realize that he was spending the off season coaching in the Men's Hispanic Basketball League.

The argument makes no sense. Some coach wins the tactical battle. And some win the strategic battles. It happens in tons of games. BCG was undermanned every time he played us and beat us at his game more than not. The game we got was fortunate.

He aired out the gym and begged us to shoot. In that game and no gimme transition game, we couldn't win. We never remotely adjusted. Meeks jar happened to kill us because we didn't demand any D, but I guess our trend of career highs was happenstance?

I also remember where other teams begged us to shoot and we obliged. We were easily exposed last year, imo. Ole Miss of all teams embarassed us.

Not gonna say the Wildcats were a better team, but we looked like garbage vs. several teams last year. I pretty much agree with everything you're saying, I just want to throw my computer whenever someone says that "Fred outcoached Ned." ESPECIALLY when it's used to compliment Pearl.
