Sincerely, welcome back but I have to say you were already in "the real world". I would take that compound and start a "No Tech" summer camp for kids. Hire some counselors and collect checks from parents that are sick of seeing their kid's noses buried in a cell phone, tablet, Xbox, etc. Make them chop wood and work a garden for a week.
