Finished the series and liked it...plenty of room for improvement. Started the books and the first is pretty much the script so far.

I think many view this Reacher character in a similar way they viewed Geralt in The Witcher. The problem is the stoic, almost wooden at times portrayal of both is actually how the characters are written in the source material. It's perfectly fair if a viewer doesn't find that sort of protagonist interesting or showing enough depth but it is what it is if show is trying to stay in canon.

It's bugging me that I thought I recognized Rosco (Willa Fitzgerald) from something else but after checking her filmography it's gotta be someone else.

It took me a while to get into the character but by the end I liked it. Good show

Once you gather he’s a bit on the spectrum it all falls into place and I think they pulled it off really well. Watching the TC movies I felt like I was watching Ethan Hunt on a solo mission

I haven’t read the books but I like it. Quite a bit. I liked the TC movies ok, first one better than the sequel, but TC does give it a certain vibe. I like the TV show better I think. So far.

Totally flew right over my head. Try Die Trying. It’s the second book but doesn’t matter bc they aren’t linked in any way. I liked that one the best
