There is no way for anybody to tell. Every team on the schedule could have kids get suspended, hurt, academic issues so it could be anybody's game week to week nobody will know, just look at USC for example #1 to unranked?????Gurantee Heisman winner at qb to not even getting invited???? Anything can happen

obviously, these are educated guesses based on what we do know.

if anyone knew with certainty, they'd be banned from ever setting foot in las vegas again

6-6 is realistic, IMO.

But we're going to beat Florida 143-3.

The 3 that Florida gets is because somehow, some way, they find a loophole to get Caleb Sturgis another year of eligibility. :)

But, in all honesty, 6-6 is realistic. I am not going to make any hard and fast predictions. There's just too many unknowns at this point, and last I checked, we still sucked.

I see 6-6. Depending on how the teams are playing down the stretch, Vandy could easily be 7.

Looks about right but I think we get 1 of Georgia, S Carolina or Vandy at home. (Sick to my freakin stomach that Vandy isn t an automatic W ... Yet)

With our schedule, 7 wins would be a very good year. After that, the sky is the limit.

7-5 and win all games we are supposed to win. We are supposed to beat Vandy because they are Vandy.

Exactly my point. Hope springs eternal for this fanbase this time of year.

actually, this came from one of the threads....

from Kingston Vol

I have a hard time believing the defense will be able to stop anyone in a transition year.

6 or 7 wins.

and the response from theutvolunteers

Then 13 will also be a transition year because Dooley won't be here.

Keys to 6-7 wins in 2013:

-Our QB has to be better than Matt Simms
-The D needs to be at least average in the SEC (probable given the move back to the 4-3 and the ousting of Sal)
-The O-Line needs to be as efficient as it was last year
-Lane and Neal need to continue improving
-Bullock is healthy and becomes a more reliable kicker than Palardy

And last but not least:

-The players actually bond with CBJ, respect him, and play their hearts out for him every Saturday.

Don't forget WiseOlVol's bold prediction (and thread) that UF would go 5-7 in 2012.
