He said that too many flags being called are one of the focuses the rules committee has put forward to keeping the game moving and getting them over faster. Calling too many PI's was a point of emphasis and basically unless they have to call it they are going to let a lot more things go.

No. Sadly. But I travel all over the country. Some states get literally single digit cases a year, others get unlimited and they can't sell it all. So stupid.
