Man it would have been cool to be in the playoff last year and get our signs stolen.I think the extra motivation would be there, knowing that you have a chance to completely screw them over if you can do it right
in a month
I thoroughly enjoyed last year.Man it would have been cool to be in the playoff last year and get our signs stolen.
I guess we would have learned similar to TCU and would've been prepared.
How annoying would it have been to lose to UGA again in the title game? Ugh
Also would we rather go 10-2 and lose to Bama in the SEC title game?
Or go 9-3 with a loss to UGA, but not have to deal with losing to Bama again?
beating UGA would be another monstrous showcase for Neyland Stadium and the University. to say nothing of what it would do for the program, recruiting, current players to get the Atlanta experienceMan it would have been cool to be in the playoff last year and get our signs stolen.

Oh at that point I'd feel really confident. It would just hurt a LOT to lose to them in the SEC title.beating UGA would be another monstrous showcase for Neyland Stadium and the University. to say nothing of what it would do for the program, recruiting, current players to get the Atlanta experience
I'm not so sure we wouldn't have something ready for that ass if we see Bama again anyway
Again, anything to ruin the naysayers' day
"Oh, Tennessee can't do this, same old Vols, hurr hurr hurr"
I don't know for sure, but I am guessing it's David Smith. He was a Bama QB and been officiating for a while in the league. He doesn't officiate Bama games.@INvoSwain said today on Josh and Swain that the head ref for this weekends game lives in Birmingham and has kids that go to Bama.
