Seems to me that you guys are missing his point while you make his point. Did you watch the video Chelsea called dumbass? His point is (y'all wait for it) that they are different sports, and one of them doesn't have fans.As a father of three girls I’m not a fan of this line of thinking. I’ve come to conclude women’s sports are just altogether different sports than men’s, and shouldn’t be compared. Given the differences in God-given athletic ability between men and women, women have to employ different strategies and tactics to win against other women. I find no joy or entertainment in men beating up on women athletes. I know they can and that doesn’t bother me, but I don’t see a need to do it or see it.
Just enjoy women’s sports for what they are, not for what they are not. For example, if you don’t like women’s basketball because you don’t see a bunch of 6’10” 275 pound women shoving each other around and dunking all over each other, then don’t watch.
It's WNBA that make false equivalency comparisons when they point out the pay disparity between WNBA and NBA. They're inherently claiming to be the same sport. Dave Chappel made the same point in standup and the left tried to cancel him for it.
OK. They are two different sports. The point Clay is making is that the Women's version doesn't have many fans. The reason they don't have many fans is because of what's perceived as the quality of competition. If it's not a lower quality of play, and is instead great quality of different play, then... Here's a radical idea...
If they don't want the comparisons, then stop making them, ladies.
