Recruiting Football Talk VII

Look... There's nothing in my sleeve. I went to the Kentucky forum. I looked for a thread on this play (knew there would be one), and posted the comments. 5 minutes.

Now. This is not an anomoly. You could find these comments for every close win we've had since the internet existed.

So the question is, how are you right and ALL the teams we've ever beaten that say the same stuff you do... They are wrong.

Now imagine you weren't a CFB fanatic. And you saw two fan bases make identical comments like this. And you look, and they are generally right about the calls they are complaining about. You'd probably come to the conclusion that the games aren't fixed, and the refs miss a crazy number of routine calls. That's my conclusion.

I'd love to say I'm the most logical and rational person out there. I'm not. But between the two of us, I'm the only one even making an attempt to disassociate with the orange tinted goggles for the purpose of looking at the bad reffing. And I know that's the case, because we have real estate agents and landscapers out there missing a dozen calls a game in our favor, and you NEVER feel the need to point out those particular countervailing examples.
I didn’t think it was a catch. It was the only play I can think of that went our way this year. We benefited by 3 points. Perhaps it was a make up call for the obvious two missed holding penalties on UK the prior drive. The first on Baron would’ve led to a punt. The second where they scored would have probably led to them getting 3 instead of 7.

It’s not that hard honestly. I tried a few other sites too and pops up easily. All they have to do is search known sites or even set up Google alerts.

Their dms are also open. I send them stuff from USCe board a lot and they usually post it. Someone here could be leaking them info lol

No one was more jacked than Jacques Smith and Jonathan Kongbo. If he plays like them he will be good but not great.

Edited and replaced Chris Donald with Jacques Smith.

Deion is smoke and mirrors on top of being Deion first in all things. Don't know that many kids will want to play for him after watching him not even try to coach up the players he fell in on and now throwing the ones he brought with him under the bus.
I do 100% dislike that part of him and have from the beginning. Similar to Pruitt's halftime interview vs Bama.

But also see a way out for Deion because his persona is bigger than life. But that's also just a "way out" and far from a guarantee of success.

Please pray for dad and mom trying to hang on while he’s in the hospital. Those that know, I only use mine and my dad’s picture in my avi when I’m worried. At least you morans are keeping me occupied.

Praying for you and your family Big O….may God wrap His loving arms around you!

Buried in the Pat Summitt commemorative cup article is the news we will basically wear the same outfits (I’m predicting orange britches) as the UT Martin game last year. No powder blue unis contrary to the Twitter trolls.

In addition, the Vols will wear "Summitt Blue" accessories as part of their uniform, similar to the ones worn in last year's game versus UT Martin.

Russell’s 10…always a good daily go-to. But personally, you can get rid of the glencairn. Hate those things.

Used to be Noah’s Mill as one of my go-to‘s until the price crept up.

New Riff Single Barrel @ $50 is my new favorite go-to. If you haven’t had it…give it a try. Still have a Russell’s 10 in the house though.
