This is a pretty wild quote, and the USA Today story does raise at least some potential credibility concerns IMO:

Milton was off on only two throws, Keyton drop and they sacked us. Otherwise it was total domination.

To me, it doesn’t make sense. It’s killing Joe’s one strength. Why can he do it against Clemson and not against UVA and APSU. My hope is they’re doing everything they can to not reveal anything. That seems pretty counterintuitive though. You would think you’d want Joe to get reps at it. And if we are going to limit him to 1/4 of our playbook, we may as well do that with Nico. The entire thing is weird. I know Joe is inconsistent, but the dude regressed in a massive way, and it’s not really adding up.

IMO…. AP gave us short passes and the running game….. we would have won 66-6 if we came with a normal game plan…. Heup put Joe in situations to see what he would do… We didn’t attempt a single deep pass which is Joes best option. We haven’t attempted a single deep throw this season to our two best deep threats… Squirrel and Donte….. Milton still has a lot to prove so i don’t blame fans for being concerned until he proves that he can do it consistently.

It's just a sloppy start

We are about to kick it up a few notches against Florida. We won't keep dropping passes all year, Joe will have wild throws, but once they start off completing some early then its off to the races.

What happens if Bru hauls in that first one? Or if Thornton catches that other one?

In the first game that Keyton drop was huge.

Also, AP did everything possible to keep us out of a rhythm. With the timeouts, then there was holding a million times and a Keyton fumble.

Good news is our defense is legit and our running game is clearly better than last year and Joe has looked pretty good running this year and he at least hasn't turned the ball over.

Well those numbers are a bummer.
If those two guys can improve just a little while Pili is out, we will be ok.
But we really need Pili back for the October TAMU and Alabama and Kentucky stretch. How long do bicep tendons take to heal?

4 months for normal healing in regular folks.

Hopefully quicker in an athlete with the resources available. Maybe the medical team will inject PRP to help with the healing process.
There are also elbow braces that can help prevent further injury.

Is it biceps or triceps? Origin or insertion tendon injury?

Who can say? But a bit of reading shows that she's had beef with MSU's Title IV for a couple of years. It is so odd that while she is publicly raking MSU's Title IV and handling of sexual misconduct cases, MSU's coach begins a working relationship with her and begins stalking her to the point of masturbating on the phone with her.

Milton is making the right throws it just feels like he’s trying to rifle passes in the intermediate throws when he needs hair more touch and our WR have to catch to help him out. Teams are clearly not going to let him throw it deep this year.

He's never going to have touch, it is what it it is at this point. Like you said, receivers just have to help him out.

I also tape my mouth at night as I sleep in order to breath through my nose and it helps clear my sinuses. I have an irregular shaped sinus cavity on one side and the exercise in previous post and mouth tape at night have helped me.

Thank you for sharing. She sounds like a level headed human to me from that post and I see why Joe seems to as well. She is right, nothing to be gained from reading social media post about himself or her son in this case.
Sports are meant for fun but some of us forget the context and say things online that are probably hard for that human to read about themselves. It’s a tough gig.

But with that being said, fans will be fans. It’s better to have them, than not. Fanatics indeed.

Tennessee fans are the best fan base in America in my eyes.... but sometimes fans get too caught up in the game....they have to remember it's just a game not life or death...or as my father said the sun will come up tomorrow no matter what...in conclusion for every 100000 fans there is always a few Harvey UpDykes in the crowd...

We ran the ball very well and defense played phenomenal. But the tape is out on how to beat Joe Milton. I hate it for Joe I want him to succeed but it’s between his ears.

Joe doesn't have to be a world beater just take care of the ball....hit a couple of HR throws everyone once in a while and keep chains moving.... Question I think Joe will be fine but what was his biggest claim to fame coming into this season..?

The coaches weren't trying to be vanilla Saturday; the offense wasn't executing to plan. Nobody wants to succeed more than Joe Milton, but Game Joe is not the same as Practice Joe, and the receivers had difficulty adjusting. When the adrenaline is pumping, Joe tends to throw high or behind the receivers. He ups the velocity. The WRs are being asked to catch difficult balls. Trying to balance a talented, but inconsistent, QB with very good WRs who're not getting the ball they expect creates what we saw Saturday. We'll just take the W and continue to find a workaround for games where Joe isn't at his best and the WRs aren't hauling in the catches.
