perhaps signing alex golesh to an extra year or two deal, worth?? pay him...

then groom along the new guy. you lose tempo in this offense struggles at times.

i think having coaches be promoted from your staff says a lot. that said. helping willie mo and banks find a new promotion would be a grand idea. again, ill take the continuity, but if that's the move... that's the move.

I'm 100% behind coach Heupel. Certain staff not so much .

Having said that, recruiting has to improve. Has he been handicapped? Yes. Has he improved it despite? Yes. Teams don't really stay the same for long, they either improve or regress. You have to strike while the iron is hot. Last year was awesome. I was hoping that would catapult recruiting but it doesn't seem to. Maybe this year's results have taken some of the shine off. Is recruiting good? Yes, is it competing with GA, AL good? Not yet. All JMO.

He is not aggressive….. cut throat recruiter…. it is what it is.

A lot has changed in recruiting over the last two years that has really reshaped the landscape. NIL and the new transfer rules chief among them. I'm not shocked we haven't fully adapted, yet.

Yet everyone says we are top NIL in the nation and that we were ahead of the game so that part should be in our favor… and we haven’t really had a whole lot of production leave to the portal.
