What a horrible day. Just got a call from my bank's fraud prevention, and apparently someone got ahold of my debit card info. Not sure how since I'm pretty protective of the thing, but they racked up hundreds of dollars in fraudulent transactions. Had to file a charges dispute and cancel my card. Now I have to try and wake up early tomorrow so I can go get a new card before I take my mom to the hospital for surgery. Yay.

Deion has now pulled the overall #1 to a freakin D2 program and now a 5* to COLORADO and you all have your heads buried.

It ain't $$$ but I know it makes people feel better to cry over NIL believeing Georgia and Florida St got outspent by Jackson State University

He's very connected to that network/show that he committed on. It would not surprise me that he was paid for committing on that show. Also, there's a lot of people that think like Deon. Sure they might not know the kid but they're supporting Deon by financing the kid. They get 1 or 2 recruits a year that way. Just like he got the #1 recruit at his previous stop.

It just pisses me off that Deion is selling bigotry, and kids are buying it. If I were a white coach on his staff, or one of his white players, I'd be extremely uncomfortable with this. Not sure how the white administration is comfortable with this. And if Deion is not behind the rhetoric spouted by Seaton, he should speak up and correct the young man. When you make it us vs, them based on the color of one's skin, that's wrong no matter which direction it flows and should not be deemed acceptable by society.

Exactly why I only use credit cards and pay them every 2-3 weeks. Provides a layer of separation

But no one will ever say "Hey, maybe they aren't properly spending the money they already have". After all, these are upstanding professionals at these collectives... Whoever the hell these people are.

The collectives are asking people to throw money at a black box mystery machine. If you like it and $20/month for some trinket in the mail every couple of months sounds like a good deal, go for it. But if you are paying them to make UT football better in a way that is even close to financially responsible you are... Being extremely optimistic is the nicest possible way I can put it.

College athletics is still a train with no brakes going vertical down the side of a mountain. Wake me up when we land and I'll worry about how I can help then. Hopefully in a financial landscape that makes even a modicum of sense.

I understand wondering about oversight on the allocation of funds. Stories like this make me think WTF??

Just got my 3rd card in 4 months. These people will stop at nothing to steal from others. My bank has saved me 4 times and I hardly use my card. Prayers for your mom

I'm saying no way it was anywhere close to those other 4 programs (OSU, UT, Oregon, FSU). At all. That is not a $$$ program and no way Deion's funding $10mill a year to fund match others. Forbes estimates his grand total net worth at only $45mil

Deion paid more than the other suitors, but he doesn’t need to spend $10 mil a year…also if you don’t think NIL and playing for a coach with his own streaming series isn’t helping the cause you’re crazy. Amazon is helping fund the Colorado NIL.

UT could have paid more, but Heupel is far more selective with NIL spending. And he’s winning doing things his way so don’t think we’re gonna see things change.

Sux! Understand man! Happened to me twice in the last couple of years and was freaking out til I got my money back. Was tight! Thankfully it usually happens pretty fast.
