With Oklahoma and Texas coming to the SEC and Washington, Oregon, UCLA, and USC going to the Big10.....teams are going to beat up on each other. Going to be several great teams that are 10/2/9-3/8-4.

9-3s will be pretty likely for SEC/B1Gs with at least 1 signature win imo.

8-4 nah

The point, to me, is nobody will be able to complain...when they've lost THREE TIMES. Just like 1-loss Bama couldn't complain being left out WHEN THEY ALREADY LOST.

It's the FSU situation that's shameful. They never lost. Not once. BS.

We've been to the top...with a ~top 20 talent team.

Keep pulling in top quality classes, averages of 91+, then we'll see. Still a couple years from that as a full team and yet Heuepel's already taken us to the top, so I have no doubt of doing it again and again once the talent hits the roster and matures.

He has not taken us to the top…. He took us to a new yrs six bowl which was really good…..I think we are recruiting some positions really strongly…. some not so much…. This is a message board…. it’s a place that is meant to discuss those kind of things.

Their PPA have been equal. The referenced stats are because MJ attempted 15% more shots/game...volume. MJ also began his NBA career after 3 years of college vs right out of HS for LBJ. That helps ofc.

On the balance, since he took fewer shots, LBJ, during the same # of years, had 2,500 more assists. 33% more than MJ.

The argument is nose to nose and while the global competitiveness factor could very well make it black and white in favor of LBJ...I still give it to MJ due to his peak years. Career-wise, LBJ probably takes it, but MJ is the GOAT. I can't knock his abilities for retiring prematurely. Though I'll give LBJ the nod as old men 😅 Old LBJ is better than old MJ for sure.

Now measure how many allstars have played on LBJ’s teams vs MJ’s then look at titles. Then record in the finals. Then look at the only player to win mvp, first team all defense, a scoring title all in the same year. MJ did that 4 times 😉

But touché on being the old men part. What LBJ is doing this year is very impressive. He’s been blessed with great health over his career

Yea......but if a 9-3 gave a 10-2 one of their loses and gave a 11-1 their only loss...............
I'm reaching, but it's very plausible.

BCS was better............

2 teams running a century old offense. Absolutely shocked both are praying to make a bowl game 🥱😭

Neither team has scored over 20 points in 4 years.

Tight ends in this offense have to do more than just catch passes. This is a guy who is really a WR playing TE. Which is a good scheme wise thing but can't be your main on the field every play TE. Got to be able to block SEC defenders.

Uhh we were ranked #1 in the entire country. Literally the top.

Haven't done that since 1998. I'm only in my 30s, but was afraid I'd never see #1 beside our name again. What he's done is nothing short of a miracle.

To keep us there we'll need depth. We're just now bringing in top talent. That's what's so crazy. Folks need patience, our talent is about to be so much better across the board.
