Braves really need to pursue Dylan Cease, from Georgia and WhiteSox would trade him if AA would let go of the prospects...

Tyler Glasnow is on the trading block also...
The price is too high if it has to include Waldrep.

Uhh we were ranked #1 in the entire country. Literally the top.

Haven't done that since 1998. I'm only in my 30s, but was afraid I'd never see #1 beside our name again. What he's done is nothing short of a miracle.

To keep us there we'll need depth. We're just now bringing in top talent. That's what's so crazy. Folks need patience, our talent is about to be so much better across the board.
that’s true…. thought you were talking end of the year

4 years old(?)

Their PPA have been equal. The referenced stats are because MJ attempted 15% more shots/game...volume. MJ also began his NBA career after 3 years of college vs right out of HS for LBJ. That helps ofc.

On the balance, since he took fewer shots, LBJ, during the same # of years, had 2,500 more assists. 33% more than MJ.

The argument is nose to nose and while the global competitiveness factor could very well make it black and white in favor of LBJ...I still give it to MJ due to his peak years. Career-wise, LBJ probably takes it, but MJ is the GOAT. I can't knock his abilities for retiring prematurely. Though I'll give LBJ the nod as old men 😅 Old LBJ is better than old MJ for sure.
Michael Jordan played in an era where defense was allowed and competition was way better. He also played when double dribbles and travels were called. I’m a Pistons fan and there is no doubt AT ALL who the greatest is no matter how much it pains me to say it.

I look forward to the beginning of next off-season when both fanbases are still pissed off that they spent all that money and lost.
is it as much fun as i am having….. listening to other teams fans whine about this signing?

Everyone knew there was only a handful of the teams that could pay Ohtani....
The huge contract...Nature of the business in the MLB...

Unless they put in a salary cap...it will never change...

Headed to Disney with the family. Yall will need to keep @Weezer in check while I am gone. It is best to just put some WH hashbrowns out every so often and give him some rando to rough up in the WH parking lot. Other than that he will just wander around the area around Paper Mill Rd. The locals are used to him and don't freak out when they see him peeking in their windows anymore. Dueces.
Just went Thanksgiving week. Be sure to ride Tron at night and Guardians anytime… Everything else is gravy…

Kellie Harper loses 6 players from this year's team, she have 1 player committed in the 2024 class and have 8 more scholarships available (she signed zero players in the 2023 class). She lost the number 1 player in the state in the class of 2024, 5 star Imari Berry to Clemson. Sara Puckett and Karoline Striplin are our two best returning players for next season. Unless something happens, next season might end up being the worst season in program history.
