I was told Mahomes and coach were mad because they said the ref didn't alert him that he was lined up off sides. Wasnt aware there was an obligation unless they checked with the line judge

Here is what i envision happening.

Wanted to do that to 2 crooked refs that were alums of Fyffe School after they had screwed my sons Geraldine School BB team over 1st in the reg season game, and even worse in the County Championship game literally stealing the game for Fyffe in the final moments...you take up for these crooked petty little turds all the time, but I have seen this crooked garbage so many times it makes me wanna puke.

There is NO recourse, it is extremely frustrating and so these aholes get what they get sometimes.

I never did it...but I'd be a liar if I said I didn't come close at that County championship game....our kids gave it everything they had, and it was literally stolen from them....my boy never played BB again after that...he said "what is the point if crooked people are just going to take it from you?" and I guess I didn't have a good enough answer.

You want to understand why I hate and doubt refs at every level so much?...that is why.

I look at it this way , did he get paid too much? Yes.

But when Acuna becomes a free agent in a few years, the going rate for him will be 850 million..

I wonder if the ref did but Toney didn't see/hear him. I also thought that its the WR's responsibility to check with the ref for offsides, not the refs responsibility to tell the player.

Market bears out. Gonna be a lot more Oakland A’s (pre-Vegas move) than LA Dodgers at those rates. You can sell Ohtani as two players with also being a frontline pitcher…not Acuna or Betts when he re-ups. Never been a doomsday street preacher, but baseball is heading towards a NHL level reality check where the supply far exceeds the demand…jmo. Cartoon money gets an audit eventually.

Acuna will be 30 by that time and he doesn't pitch. It'll be a fat contract, but I doubt he touches 700M.
